Documentation that brings machines safely to market: operating instructions, risk assessment and declaration of conformity – created by our own technical writer.
A machine is only finished when its documentation is finished. With a technical writer in house, we create standard-compliant operating and assembly instructions, carry out hazard analysis and risk assessment, and compile the technical documentation for CE marking – in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which applies from 20 January 2027.
Because the design team sits next door, the documentation is created in parallel with development: hazards are eliminated by design rather than merely described, illustrations come straight from the 3D model, and the instructions match the machine as built – not an earlier version.

Frequently asked questions
What changes with the Machinery Regulation?
Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and applies directly in all EU member states from 20 January 2027. New elements include rules for digital operating instructions, cybersecurity requirements and the concept of substantial modification. For new projects we already take the requirements of the Regulation into account.
Do you also create documentation for machines we designed ourselves?
Yes. We create operating instructions, risk assessments and CE documentation for machines that were not designed by us as well – based on your drawings, models and information.
Who signs the declaration of conformity?
The manufacturer or its authorised representative. We prepare the technical file and the declaration of conformity – it is signed by you as the manufacturer.
